A thick pouring syrup made with edible lavender flowers. Delicious with cheese, desserts, cakes and all things sweet, or as a garnish on summer salads. Also a flavoursome addition to bubbly, sparkling wines, sparkling water and white wines.
Use as a mixer with dry white wine, brut sparkling wine, giner, vodka & white spirits or add with crushed ice to sparkling or soda water and/or lemonade.
Ingredients: sugar, water, glucose, lemon juice, lavender flowers, tartaric acid, cream of tar, colouring (E133, 127 & 124). Shake to distribute flowers & petals.
Shelf-life: 6 months - do not refrigerate
